Ipswich estate agent Woodcock and Son has inked a strategic partnership with Exquisite Home to sell apartments in the Winerack development on the town’s waterfront.

Work is finally well underway building the luxury apartments after the structure was left empty since 2009, leading to the affectionate Winerack name, which has now stuck.

Mike Bidwell, managing director of Exquisite Home, explained: “We are delighted to be working so closely with such a highly regarded and reputable firm.

“Being born and bred in Suffolk and having worked in the property sector in the region over many years, I know at first-hand what a wonderful pedigree the Woodcock & Son name has.”

Local property developer John Howard acquired the Winerack development in 2014. RG Carter Construction is now building the project. Find out more information about the exclusive one, two and three-bedroom apartments on the Ipswich Winerack website.

One fascinating feature is the inclusion of a car-stacking system which automatically parks vehicles in a stacked car park system.
