Lowestoft Vision, the Suffolk town’s Business Improvement District (BID), which is managed by Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, has appointed Locus Management to provide technical support leading into the ballot for a third BID term.

Since 2018, Lowestoft Vision has supported local businesses and the community with initiatives to make Lowestoft a better place to work, visit and live. With four main objectives to make the town centre more accessible, appealing, attractive and secure, Lowestoft Vision has already delivered many successful campaigns and schemes that have led to an increase in footfall into the town centre.

Now with their second term coming to an end, the BID has called upon the knowledge and expertise of Suffolk-based Locus to support them through the renewal process and hopefully help them to secure a third term.

Sophie Alexander-Parker, chief operating officer of Locus, said: “It is great to be back supporting Lowestoft Vision through their renewal period. Our strategic partnership will help further develop a plan to support businesses over their next bid term.”

Danny Steel, chair of Lowestoft Vision added: “We look forward to once again working with Locus to support our renewal plans. With the support of Locus, we will be better positioned to prepare for our renewal, with the aim of achieving a yes vote to further champion and support local businesses in Lowestoft town centre.”
