This year’s gala will be complete with a Mediterranean theme, including a delicious three-course meal.

Entertainment on the night includes a live band, garden games, grand prix races and much more.

The star prize of the gala’s raffle will be a luxury 6-night European Christmas market cruise, kindly donated by Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.

‘Raised more than £27,000’

Jon Neal, CEO of Suffolk Mind, said he is looking forward to another successful event.

He said: “Last year’s first ever gala was a big hit, raising an incredible figure of more than £27,000.

“Our 2024 gala is set to be another cracker and tickets have been selling fast, with very few remaining now there’s less than a month to go.

“We know the British summertime likes to keep us on our toes, but we’re looking forward to a night of garden games, races, raffles and the chance to dance the night away at an amazing venue in Fynn Valley.

“Events like these wouldn’t be possible without our brilliant sponsors, who together help fuel our mission of making Suffolk the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health.”

Suffolk-based natural extracts and ingredients manufacturer Treatt is once again this year’s headline sponsor.
