The addition of Solar Gates UK adds to their growing portfolio and will allow each brand to broaden the reach and impact of its products to the transport industry.

‘Major milestone’

Solar Gates UK provides solar safety technology via its market-leading brands; SOSEC, INSTABOOM, and INSTABOOM Go and its managing director Neil Sampson said:

“Joining Torquay Holdings Ltd is a major milestone for Solar Gates UK, opening doors to new markets through partnerships with MVIS in the UK and Bartco in Australia.”

Scott Paton, CEO of Torquay Holdings added: “Solar Gates UK is a welcome addition to the Torquay Holdings family and this acquisition strengthens our mission to deliver sustainable, innovative infrastructure solutions globally. Craig and the Ashtons team have worked with us before, demonstrating a strong understanding of our business, and delivered excellent results.”
