First tenant moves into Dream Hatcher innovation hub

Creative Building Designs is the first tenant of Dream Hatcher, the business incubation centre offering free office space and business support to fledgling businesses.

Creative Building Designs, which provides a full range of architectural services for residential and commercial schemes across the UK, moved to the newly remodelled premises in August.

Founder of Creative Building Designs, Ricky Brownlee, has over 25 years of experience in architectural design and deciding that residential design was his true passion, set up his own business in 2013. Ricky, who takes a unique and distinct approach to his designs, is currently working on several luxury period properties on the Suffolk/Essex border.

“It’s great to be one of the first businesses to join Dream Hatcher,” Ricky said, “The combination of free office space and professional business skill provides the right mix of infrastructure and support to allow me to take my business to the next level.”

“Dream Hatcher’s vision is truly impressive, and I look forward to working alongside other entrepreneurs and leaders in the region to help build my network.”

Joseph Staines, Founder of Dream Hatcher, added: “The current global pandemic has shown that now, more than ever, we must work together and support each other. We want to use our capital, experience, and connections to do our bit for entrepreneurs with real potential.”

“We want to work with scalable businesses with great ideas. By promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, we hope to see more start-up businesses develop locally, and with that, the creation of more jobs.”

Dream Hatcher is looking for other fledgling companies with bright, innovative ideas and ambitious plans for growth. Any business can apply to take up residence at the modern office in Orion Court in Great Blakenham, Ipswich.

Applications can be made via the Dream Hatcher website and will be evaluated by a panel of partners, with finalists invited for a discussion to look in more detail at the business plan and identify how the panel can provide support to that business. Successful applicants will then be offered a contract and residency agreement.
