Omar Group appoints director of customer services

Omar Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Drew in the newly-created position of director of customer services. Scott’s appointment will enable improvements to the customer journey through the implementation of processes and procedures.

Scott joined the Brandon park home and lodge manufacturer from NWG (Northumbrian Water Group). where he was head Of customer service & head of site.

Prior to that, he held the position of property & portfolio director of Awaze, Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business, which includes brands such as Hoseasons. Scott has significant industry and customer care experience, and a history of consistent achievement.
