Dynamic new direction for leading engineering recruitment agency

Suffolk-based recruitment firm, Rubix Personnel, is celebrating its four-year anniversary with a dynamic new direction and a corporate name change.

The company is now called Rubix M&E, a reflection of the company’s new focus on the key mechanical and electrical sectors; building services, facilities management, power & utilities, energy and manufacturing.

Established in 2015, Rubix Personnel worked primarily within construction and oil & gas related industries. However, owner and founder, Milo Williams, spotted a gap in the market for a specialist recruitment agency working solely within the mechanical and electrical sector, having migrated towards this ‘sub-sector’ when working within the construction and oil & gas industries.

Mr Williams said: “Our goal is to provide an unrivalled service to companies operating within the Mechanical and Electrical sector. There is currently no agency in the UK which truly specialises in this area. For example, we have successfully recruited and placed skilled manpower operating internationally on subsea vessels. These candidates are now working on multi-billion pound projects.

“We have the experience and the capabilities to recruit any worker who has a Mechanical or Electrical degree and/or qualification on behalf of our clients operating within the Built Environment or Manufacturing sectors. We cover every angle – from designing, installing and maintaining to electrical, plumbing and heating; from gas and digital utilities to power grid, telecommunications and SMART/renewable systems.

“In a nutshell, the new name reinforces the fact that the solutions we provide are exclusively within these Mechanical and Electrical industry sectors.”

As well as the new name, Rubix M&E has also unveiled a new corporate logo, which has been designed to inspire confidence through the use of bold, vibrant colours.

“We provide best-in-class solutions for our clients and our candidates, and we wanted the new brand identity to reflect this,” Mr Williams said. We want to be noticed, and the new logo certainly brings a fresh new feel to the business. We wanted more emphasis on the cube, as well as 3D impact. By breaking up the cube and introducing the additional colours to represent the four sectors in which we operate, we have a strong, fresh identity. It’s innovative, modern and professional, mirroring the services we provide to our clients and candidates.”

The company has also launched a new website – www.rubixmande.com – which highlights current positions and which allows candidates to search for specific jobs in specific locations.

Mr Williams went on to say, “I’m thrilled with the new direction and the fantastic team I have here at Rubix M&E.

“Back in 2015, when I established Rubix Personnel from the dining room table, I had ambitions to become one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies working within the construction industry. I wanted to recruit top talent and provide efficient solutions to complement my clients’ recruitment strategies. Four years on, we have grown organically to build a stable foundation which will help us excel and strengthen our position as the leading recruitment agency in the Mechanical and Electrical industry.

This is a fantastic way to celebrate four years trading – here’s to the next four. I can assure you that there is so much more to come from Rubix M&E.”
