Following the successful launch of its Florida office in 2023, Conrad Consulting continues to expand its international presence.
Conrad Consulting, the Suffolk-based recruitment consultancy, has announced the opening of its second US office in Austin, Texas, marking another major milestone in the company’s international expansion.
Founded and headquartered in Framlingham, Suffolk, Conrad Consulting first established a US presence with its Florida office in 2023. The new Austin office strengthens the company’s ability to serve clients and candidates across the built environment sector in the United States.

The Austin office will be led by Regional Director Simon Hobson, who brings extensive experience in senior recruitment across both the UK and US, specialising in Civil and Structural Engineers. Simon will work closely with the UK and US teams to grow Conrad Consulting’s US presence and develop lasting industry partnerships.
The expansion reflects Conrad Consulting’s commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the UK and US, while maintaining strong ties to its Suffolk origins.
