Bury St Edmunds-based Burnett Barker Solicitors is marking another successful year as it celebrates four new appointments inside of three months.
The new appointments are in direct response to the heightened demand for its Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate legal services.
Daryl Griffiths, Chief Executive of Burnett Barker Solicitors, commented: “The past couple of years we’ve seen a steady increase in demand for our legal services. With the events of this year, we accelerated our growth plans by hiring three new legal minds and welcoming Carol Bowden back as receptionist.”
Two experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Natasha Price and Varsha Goyal Wright bring the Residential Conveyancing team to nine.
Natasha joins from Gotelee Solicitors and has over 20 years of experience dealing with a wide range of property transactions. Commenting on her decision to join Burnett Barker Solicitors, she said: “Burnett Barker Solicitors take a caring and considered approach to client communications, which resonates with me. I see my role as bringing a sense of calm to the purchase or sale of a home, absorbing any stress, and keeping things moving.”
Varsha, who has worked at several regional solicitors, also has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, and will be focused on supporting clients purchasing New Build properties. Varsha added: “Burnett Barker Solicitors is well known for its Residential Conveyancing and has built-up trusted relationships with many property developers. I look forward to continuing this work and supporting clients in the purchase of their new homes.”
It’s not just Residential Conveyancing that has seen an increase in demand. The Wills and Probate team has too, prompting the appointment of Probate Executive, Jane Mcllroy, who has 20 years’ experience at three regional law firms.
Daryl Griffiths added: “It is an exciting time for Burnett Barker Solicitors as we continue to grow. Keeping everything running smoothly of course, is Carol, who we are delighted to welcome back in her new role as Receptionist.”
