The owners of a collection of Suffolk hotels, including The Brudenell in Aldeburgh, have rebranded to The Hotel Folk.
Formerly known as TA Hotel Collection, the hotel groups
As well as The Brudenell, pictured above, The Hotel Folk properties include the resort’s White Lion, The Crown and Castle in Orford, The Crown at Woodbridge, Thorpeness Golf Club and Hotel and the Thorpeness Country Club, and the Swan at Lavenham.
The group says the rebranded name reflects its intention to invest in its people. Chief operating officer Jenny Hill told the EADT: “Our aim is to ensure we have the very best teams across all sectors of the industry, from bed makers to baristas and chefs to sommeliers, each carefully trained to be an expert in their own sphere.
“We believe our guests’ experience should exceed expectations every time they visit one of our hotels.”
The group’s wesbites, including the Swan in Lavenham, have been revamped.
