Hopkins Homes and Flagship Group have announced a joint venture, working in partnership to deliver 300 homes at a new housing development in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

Hopkins Homes, one of the largest independent house builders in East Anglia, is the lead developer at the site on land south of Union Road and will be building a range of 240 one to four-bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments.  Norwich-based Flagship Group will create 60 affordable homes, including rented, shared ownership and open market sale.
