Inform Direct strengthens customer support with new appointment

A Suffolk company has further enhanced its customer support service with a new appointment – to meet growing demand from its expanding user base.

Ipswich-based Inform Direct, which creates award-winning company secretarial and formations software, has welcomed Jamie Collett to its Support team, strengthening the service it offers to new and existing customers.


Jamie’s role includes dealing with inbound customer queries via telephone, live chat and email, as well as hosting webinars for new prospective customers to demonstrate how the software can help develop their business.

Starting a new job during the pandemic might have been challenging, but for Jamie who had worked from home in his previous position, it wasn’t a problem.

He says: “The team at Inform Direct has been very welcoming and given me a great deal of support, in addition to a structured training plan. I am enjoying working for a company where I have a real sense that my contribution matters and can have a positive impact on the business.”
