St Peter’s launches new beers and fresh look

The St Peter’s Brewery in Suffolk has launched four new beers and unveiled a new look for its brand.

The brewery, based at Bungay, unveiled the new look and beers this week at the Craft Beer Rising event in London, the UK’s biggest craft beer festival.

New branding has been created by Bury St Edmunds-based The Finishing Post, an award-winning strategic marketing and design agency.

Fans of the brewery will be pleased to note that the iconic oval-shaped bottles will remain.

The four new beers are:
Revival Pilsner, a “full-bodied premium pilsner with citrus aromas and a smooth finish”
White Raven, a “crisp and refreshing wheat beer with tropical aromas of banana and clove”
Stateside Pale Ale, a “hoppy session ale with citrus flavours and soft bitterness”
Without Elderberry and Raspberry, a “fruity 0.0% ABV beer that will appeal to the growing demand for delicious zero alcohol beer”.

St Peter’s managing director John Hadingham said: “We’re very excited to be attending Craft Beer Rising for the first time and to have the opportunity to showcase our new branding and new draught beers.

“We’ve been working hard to develop a new look for St Peter’s that is quirky and innovative, but retains the try ethos of the brewery brand and positioning.”

The Finishing Post agency was first launched in Newmarket in 1997, hence the name.
