Three new partners join Ashtons Legal as firm continues regional growth
Ashtons Legal has appointed three new partners as the firm continues its strategic growth across the East of England.
Zoe Hodge, David Marsh and Mark Wrinch bring significant expertise in Court of Protection, Commercial Property and Property Disputes respectively, strengthening the firm’s ability to support clients across a range of specialist legal services.
Zoe Hodge joins Ashtons’ nationally recognised Court of Protection team. Zoe specialises in helping vulnerable individuals and their families manage complex financial and legal affairs. She acts as a Deputy for a number of clients and advises Attorneys and lay Deputies to ensure they are acting within their authority.
David Marsh joins the Commercial Property team in Suffolk. David has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, promotion agreements, overage arrangements and mines and minerals.
Mark Wrinch joins the Property Disputes team in Suffolk, advising on residential, commercial and agricultural property disputes. Mark is a member of the Property Litigation Association, Agricultural Law Association, Country Land and Business Association and the Suffolk Agricultural Association. He has also been a senior steward of the Suffolk Show since 2022.
